What you actually get between visits
Access, not just appointments
Message me directly through the portal for dosing questions, side effects, or anything that comes up. No bill, just a defined response window.
One predictable cost
No wondering what a visit will cost before you book it. Your membership covers your regular care cadence, in full.
Care that's watching ahead
Screening reminders, lab timing, and dose reviews are built into your plan, not left for you to track and request.
A different kind of membership
Not every membership in town works the same way. Here's what's built into this one.
A lower cost to start
Some memberships in town charge a $950 package before care even begins. Yours starts with a flat $400 intake visit, then every visit after that is included in your membership, no extra fees.
Cadence matched to your treatment phase
Visit frequency isn't flat year-round. It's built around where you actually are: closer together while you're titrating or adjusting, further apart once you're stable, so your care matches your body's timeline instead of a generic schedule.
One physician, both specialties
Board-certified in OB/GYN, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. Weight and hormone health are managed by the same physician as one connected picture, not handed off between specialists.
A quick way to decide
Pay-per-visit still works if
You need one or two visits a year and rarely have questions in between.
Membership pays off if
You want between-visit access, predictable cost, and someone tracking your labs and screening timeline for you.
Cancellation & refunds
Monthly membership
3-month minimum commitment. After that, cancel anytime with no further charges.
6- or 12-month membership, first 3 months
Prepaid plans carry the same 3-month minimum as monthly plans. No refunds within this window.
6- or 12-month membership, after 3 months
Cancel anytime. Completed months are billed at the standard monthly rate, not your discounted prepaid rate, and the difference between what you paid and what you owe is returned as practice credit (cash refund available on request).
In short: your prepaid discount is earned by completing the term. If you cancel early, you're only charged for the months you were a member, at the regular monthly price. Full terms are provided in your membership agreement at enrollment.
Membership fees cover access to care coordination and non-visit support; they are separate from billed medical visits and do not constitute insurance. Terms available at enrollment.
